Muslim Charity has launched an emergency appeal following a 7.8 magnitude earthquake that hit near the city of Gaziantep in Turkey in the early hours of 6th February 2023.
More than 47,000 people have died as a result of the tragedy, which is the worst earthquake to hit the region in a generation!
Muslim Charity’s teams are already mobilised as our partners are working on the ground right now in Gazientep and Hatay provinces.
As of 21st February 2023, we have already distributed 10,000 hot meals in Kilis, 1,500 thermal blankets and 500 baby nappies and baby food as well as 500 sleeping mattresses for Turkey Earthquake Victims
