Muslim Charity and its partners offer hope for those on fringes of society, a reaffirmation on International Day of Persons with Disabilities
Of the one billion disabled persons in the world, roughly 80 percent live in a developing nation and face extreme hardship as a result of their disabilities. Muslim Charity and its partners observed the twelfth anniversary of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on 3rd December 2014 by promoting the understanding of issues and mobilising support for affected persons through localised meetings, campaigns and grant support to persons with disabilities.
Muslim Charity and its partners make all the efforts to ensure the access to basic rights of education, health and earning, livelihood through interventions like water facilities, school renovation and income generation in countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh and Somalia.
