Creating a Brighter Future for Children
For the brothel children of Daulatdia, life is a daily struggle against hunger, neglect and the absence of basic rights. In 2019, Muslim Charity established a Day Care Centre to offer these children safety and support. The centre focuses on children under the age of eight, giving them access to proper meals, clean clothing and early education.
The Day Care Centre is not just a place for care, it is a foundation for change. By preparing children for formal schooling, it helps them take their first steps toward breaking the generational cycle of poverty. For many, this is the only chance to escape the difficult circumstances into which they were born.
As the children grow older, Muslim Charity continues its support through a dedicated Child Club. This programme offers guidance and academic help to students from grades six to ten, giving them the tools to succeed in school and beyond. By nurturing their potential, Muslim Charity aims to empower these children to build a future far removed from the challenges of their early years.
