You can do that as part of your daily exercise, walking at home or even running in your garden or balcony. It sounds crazy because it is. We want as many people as possible to jump on this challenge to stay fit while helping the global family during these testing times.

Winter Emergency Appeal
Muslim Charity is determined to keep vulnerable communities warm and safe every winter. This year, we ask you to embrace humanity and donate to provide essential winter kits, clothing and food to those most in need.
Last year, together, we supported almost 8,000 people in need with essential winter aid, helping them to stay warm and safe in the winter months. We strive to provide warmth and safety to communities in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen, Nepal, and home in the UK.
We will distribute warm clothing, shawls, socks, hats, blankets, mattresses, jackets, food, heaters, and fuel with your support. We know this vital winter aid can save lives this winter, and through our emergency response, we seek to protect, support and keep warm.
